Industrial Rock Music Meets Addiction Help In a Refreshing Way

Industrial rock music has often been more rebellious, but this is changing. There is this cool synth-rock I came across by Matt Soren that has a different twist on industrial music. His CD is a mix of electro-rock and the process of overcoming addiction.

There are some song previews at his website at www.returnfrombroken.com. It looks like they are provisional while finishing mastered recordings. They sound high quality to me but I am no audiophile. It is cool to see more electro-rock like this written specifically for addiction recovery in a more enjoyable way from a person that has already been through it and is making a difference for others in addiction. Also It’s nice to see this type of music coming from the industrial outlet which is almost always darker in nature. Nice!

By the way, he has free songs you can get from his site and more in his back extras page which is all free. I also saw discounts, album art, and other downloads. It will be exciting to hear the album once it is released. Thanks for listening to me ramble, hope you enjoyed it!
